Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide this website, and the ground rules that sit behind any quotation or project we take on.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Sky Green Energy ‘N’ Power, 32, Shiv Mandir Road, Narmada Nagar, Balaghat (M.P.) 481001, India. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any solar installation, supply or maintenance work is governed by the written quotation, work order and contract signed for that specific project. Where the two differ, the signed project contract prevails.
2. Information on this site
We take care to keep the content accurate, but figures such as generation estimates, savings percentages, system sizes and payback periods are indicative. They depend on your site, your consumption pattern, your tariff, weather and equipment availability. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of performance.
The bill estimator on the home page is a rough sizing aid only. It applies a simple average and cannot account for shadow, roof area, sanctioned load or tariff structure. Treat its output as a starting point for a conversation, not as a quotation.
3. Enquiries and quotations
- Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you.
- A quotation becomes binding only when issued in writing by us, and remains valid for the period stated on it.
- Prices are subject to change where equipment costs, statutory duties, or the scope revealed by a site survey differ from the assumptions in the quotation. Any such change will be put to you in writing before work continues.
- Statutory approvals, net metering and grid connection are granted by your electricity distribution company. We prepare and pursue the paperwork, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or the timeline of a decision that is not ours to make.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy the site’s design, text, code or images for use in another business’s material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors;
- submit false enquiries, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising.
5. Intellectual property

Trade marks of equipment manufacturers mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe products we supply or maintain.
6. Third-party links and embeds
Some pages link to external sites, and the contact page embeds a Google Maps frame. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
7. Availability

This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under a signed project contract or under the equipment warranties passed on to you.
9. Privacy
How we handle the details you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
