How a plant gets built.
Every project runs through the same four stages, in the same order. Nothing is skipped to hit a price, and nothing is handed to a third party we cannot stand behind. Here is exactly what happens, and who does it.
Stage 01
Basic survey & statutory approvals
Before anything is quoted, we establish whether the site can actually produce what you are being promised — and whether the paperwork will allow it.
- Radiation data analysis using PVsyst for the specific coordinates of your site, not a district average.
- NOC and design approval prepared and pursued with the DISCOM, including the sanctioned-load check.
- Technical & commercial feasibility — shadow analysis, roof or ground condition, structure capacity, and honest payback maths.
- Basic layout and single line diagram so the electrical design is fixed before procurement begins.
Why it matters
Most underperforming plants in this region were undersized, over-shaded or wrongly approved — all of which are decided at this stage.
Stage 02
Engineering & procurement
The detailed design, and then the buying. Because we do both, the design is not quietly compromised later to match whatever material was cheapest that month.
- PV array design and module selection — string sizing, orientation, tilt and row spacing worked out for the site.
- Balance of plant design covering combiner boxes, protection, earthing and lightning arrest.
- Inverter selection and sizing against the DC array ratio and the local voltage profile.
- Civil and structural work — foundations and mounting engineered for local wind load.
- LT and HT cabling specified on voltage drop, not on the lowest per-metre rate.
- Electrical works up to and including the metering interface.
Stage 03
Project execution, erection & commissioning
The stage where most timelines slip. Ours is run as a managed construction project with a schedule you can see, not as a delivery of boxes followed by a scramble.
- Construction management on site — one point of responsibility for structure, modules, cabling and inverters.
- Schedule monitoring against the agreed programme, with progress reported to you rather than on request.
- Coordination of clearances — inspection, net-meter installation and final commissioning approval chased to closure.
- Safety-trained crew for work at height and live electrical work.
Week 1
Mobilisation
Site handover, material staging, structure marking and foundation work begin.
Week 2–3
Erection
Mounting structure completed, modules laid and clamped, DC strings dressed and tested.
Week 4
Electrical
Inverters, combiner boxes, earthing, lightning arrest and AC cabling to the metering point.
Handover
Commissioning
Inspection, net meter, first generation report, and the documentation set for your records.
Stage 04
Operations & maintenance
A solar plant is a twenty-five year asset, and it quietly loses output every year it is left alone. Our O&M keeps the generation curve where the design said it would be.
Daily performance monitoring
Generation is checked against the expected yield for that day and that weather. A drop gets investigated, it does not get averaged away over the month.
Preventative maintenance
Scheduled inspection of connections, protection devices, earthing and structure — before a loose termination becomes a burnt one.
Warranty management
We hold the manufacturer warranty paperwork and pursue module and inverter claims on your behalf, which is the part owners almost never win alone.
Module washing
Dust in this region is the single largest recoverable loss. Cleaning is scheduled by season, not by complaint.
Trained staff
Our people are trained on safety, performance and quality — the three things that decide whether a plant lasts its full life.
One point of contact
The same team that built the plant maintains it. Nothing gets lost in a handover to a subcontractor you have never met.

Site survey and feasibility take a few days. Statutory approval is the variable — it depends on the DISCOM and your sanctioned load. Once material is on site, a residential rooftop is typically commissioned inside a month; commercial and industrial plants scale with the size of the array.
Yes. NOC, design approval, inspection and the net meter itself are part of our scope. We prepare the drawings the DISCOM asks for and follow the file through to commissioning approval.
You get the documentation set, the warranty papers and a first generation report. From there our O&M covers monitoring, preventative maintenance, washing and warranty claims for as long as you want us on it.
