What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Who we are
Sky Green Energy ‘N’ Power is a solar EPC contractor based at 32, Shiv Mandir Road, Narmada Nagar, Balaghat (M.P.) 481001, India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that business. If you have a question about anything below, email skygreenenp.info@gmail.com or call +91 98939 33202.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. In practice that is:
- Enquiry details — your name, mobile number, optional email address, your town or district, the type of system you are asking about, an optional bill figure, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Site information — if you send a photo of your electricity bill or your roof, or we visit for a survey, we keep the measurements and readings needed to design and quote the system.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Why we use it
- To call or write back to you about the enquiry you sent.
- To size, design and price a system, and to prepare statutory approval paperwork with your electricity distribution company where you ask us to.
- To carry out and record operations and maintenance work on a plant we look after.
- To meet our legal, tax and warranty record-keeping obligations.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have only made an enquiry, and we do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your details are shared only where the work requires it:
- Your electricity distribution company (DISCOM) — for NOC, design approval, net metering and commissioning, and only with your instruction.
- Equipment manufacturers — where a warranty claim on your modules or inverter has to be registered in your name.
- Service providers — our website host and email provider process data on our behalf under their own terms.
The contact form on this site opens your own email application so the enquiry is sent directly to us. If a server-side form handler is enabled in future, this policy will be updated to name it.
Embedded map
Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find the office. Loading that frame means Google receives a request from your browser and may set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. Everything else on this site is served from our own host.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Project records — designs, approvals, commissioning documents and warranty papers — are kept for the working life of the plant, because you may need them and because warranty claims depend on them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to skygreenenp.info@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you ask us to delete records we are legally required to retain, we will tell you which ones and why.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry records are held on access-controlled accounts and shared only with the people working on your project. No system is perfect, so please do not send bank details, passwords or identity documents through the enquiry form.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarised here rather than made quietly.
