The content of this website is provided for general information about Sky Green Energy ‘N’ Power and the solar work we do. It is written in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but it is not technical, financial, legal or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a purchasing decision.

Performance and savings figures

Where this site refers to savings of up to 70% of an electricity bill, a system life of 20–25 years, or a capacity commissioned to date, those statements describe our experience across projects in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. They are not a guarantee of what your system will do. Actual generation and savings depend on:

• irradiance at your specific location and the shading around it;
• how much of your consumption falls in daylight hours, and your tariff slab;
• roof orientation, tilt, available shadow-free area and structure condition;
• equipment selected, and how well the plant is cleaned and maintained;
• grid availability, net-metering policy and any change in regulation or tariff.

A binding yield figure for your site comes only from a survey and a PVsyst simulation using data for your coordinates, issued as part of a written proposal.

The bill estimator

The estimator on the home page is a simplified calculator. It converts a monthly bill into a rough system size using an average tariff and an average generation figure for this region. It does not consider your roof area, shading, sanctioned load, phase, or tariff category, and it is not a quotation. Treat its output as an order-of-magnitude indication only.

Approvals and regulation

Net metering, NOC and grid-connection approvals are granted by your electricity distribution company under rules that can change. We prepare and pursue the paperwork as part of our scope, but approval, its conditions and its timing are decisions of the DISCOM and the relevant authorities, not of ours. Government subsidy schemes and their eligibility criteria are likewise outside our control, and any figure we mention for them is subject to the scheme in force on the day of sanction.

Illustrations on this site

The animated three-dimensional graphics on this site — including the sun-tracking panels and the system diagram on the Solutions page — are simplified illustrations built to explain how a plant behaves. They are not engineering drawings, they are not to scale, and they omit protection, earthing and metering detail that a real design includes.

Imagery used to represent installation types is indicative of the segments we serve and is not necessarily a photograph of a specific customer’s site.

Equipment warranties

Modules, inverters, batteries and balance-of-plant items carry warranties issued by their manufacturers on the manufacturers’ own terms. We manage and pursue those claims for you as part of our operations and maintenance scope, but the warranty itself is the manufacturer’s obligation, not a warranty given by us. Our own workmanship obligations are those stated in your signed contract.

Safety

A solar plant contains live DC conductors whenever there is daylight, and they cannot simply be switched off at the array. Do not attempt cleaning, repair or modification of a rooftop system yourself. Call us or a qualified electrician.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Sky Green Energy ‘N’ Power accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing in this disclaimer limits obligations we owe you under a signed project contract, or your rights under applicable consumer law.
