Petrol pumps
Canopy and forecourt load runs all day. Pumps, compressors, lighting and signage on one meter.

Three system architectures cover almost every requirement. The one you need depends on your tariff, how much you consume in daylight, and how badly an outage hurts. Drag the diagram below to see how each behaves.

Sunlight to the PV array, DC to the inverter, AC straight into your existing distribution board. Anything you do not consume is exported to the DISCOM grid, and anything you need after dark is imported back. No batteries, so the lowest cost per unit generated — and the highest saving where supply is reliable.
The same array and inverter, but a battery bank replaces the grid. Daytime surplus charges the batteries; the batteries carry the load at night. Built for sites with no dependable connection at all — remote installations, farm structures, telecom and water supply.
Both at once. The system exports surplus to the grid like an on-grid plant, but keeps a battery reserve so critical circuits ride through an outage. The right answer where the tariff rewards export but the supply cannot be trusted — hospitals, hotels, dairy and poultry sheds, data-dependent offices.
Segment 01
A house roof is the easiest place to start and the quickest to pay back. We survey the shadow-free area, read twelve months of your bills, and size the array against what you actually consume — not against whatever fills the roof.
Segment 02
Commercial tariffs are the highest in the state, and commercial load runs in daylight. That combination makes solar pay back faster here than anywhere else. These are the building types we have worked on.
Canopy and forecourt load runs all day. Pumps, compressors, lighting and signage on one meter.
Large flat roofs, weekday daytime load, and a tariff that rewards every unit generated on site.
Hybrid systems here. Export when the grid is healthy, keep theatre and ICU circuits alive when it is not.
Round-the-clock HVAC, laundry and water heating. Solar plus storage flattens the worst of the demand charge.
Ventilation and lighting cannot stop. Battery-backed hybrid protects the flock through an outage.
Chilling load is continuous and expensive. Roof area on a dairy shed is usually more than enough.
Display lighting and air-conditioning peak exactly when the sun does. Near-perfect load match.
Very large sheds, very little load — ideal for a high-export grid-tied plant on a metal roof.
Segment 03
At industrial scale the engineering matters more than the panel brand. Cable losses, transformer capacity, HT metering, structure design against local wind load, and a realistic PVsyst yield estimate all decide whether the plant performs for twenty-five years or disappoints in year three.
Segment 04
No grid, no diesel, no running cost. The pump runs when the sun shines, which is exactly when a field needs water.
Surface and submersible sets matched to your head and discharge, driven straight from the array through a VFD controller — no battery to replace.
Village and institutional supply schemes where a dependable connection does not exist and a diesel set is not sustainable.
Continuous water for sheds and troughs, plus the option to combine with a small hybrid plant for lighting and ventilation.
Still deciding
On-Grid. No batteries, the shortest payback, and up to 70% off the bill. Surplus units go to the DISCOM under net metering and come back to you after dark.
Off-Grid. We size the battery bank around your night load and the number of cloudy days you need to survive, then design the array to recharge it fully in a normal day.
Hybrid. We separate the circuits that must never stop from the ones that can, back up only the first group, and export everything spare. You get the on-grid economics with the off-grid safety net.
A dedicated solar pumping set. Array, controller and pump, nothing else — the simplest and cheapest system we build, and the one with no consumable parts.
